Ven8 licenses its self check-in workspace system (booking, access, brand, and operations) to partners who provide suitable space. It is a summary for orientation, not the binding agreement. - The system: self check-in, booking, and access technology, set up and supported.
- The brand: a recognized name, and the marketing that fills the floor.
- The playbook: pricing, operations, and member experience, documented and ready to run.
3. What the partner brings
- The space: a floor or set of offices in a location that works.
- The commitment: a franchise partner who wants a low-overhead, recurring-revenue asset, not a second job.
4. How it works
Enquire, we assess the location, we agree terms, we set up the system and brand, and you operate while we support, in exchange for a franchise fee. Specific fees, terms, exclusivity, branding standards, and obligations are set out in the formal franchise agreement.
