1. Scope and Acceptance

This Payment Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made to VEN8 STUDIO for bookings, day passes, seats, rooms, programs, or any other services offered through our website, booking platform, or other channels (collectively, the "Services").

By submitting payment or a payment proof, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Chargeback Policy.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

VEN8 STUDIO currently accepts payment by bank transfer to the account details displayed at checkout. You must upload proof of payment (screenshot, photo, or PDF) as part of the booking process.

VEN8 STUDIO may additionally offer or require payment by debit card, credit card, or other online payment gateways in the future. Where card or online payments are offered, additional terms displayed at checkout and the rules of the relevant payment network or State Bank of Pakistan-regulated institution shall apply.

VEN8 STUDIO reserves the right to change accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3. Currency and Pricing

All prices are quoted and payable in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Live pricing quotes displayed during the booking flow reflect the selected seats, room, dates, and pass type and are subject to availability.

VEN8 STUDIO may apply daily, weekly, or monthly pricing strategies as displayed in your booking quote. The final amount payable is the amount shown in your quote or confirmation at the time of booking submission.

VEN8 STUDIO reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If a material error is identified before confirmation, VEN8 STUDIO may cancel the booking and refund or credit the amount paid at its discretion.

4. Payment Verification and Booking Confirmation

Submission of a booking request does not constitute confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after VEN8 STUDIO staff have verified your payment proof, reviewed your submitted ID document, and updated the booking status to confirmed.

You must include your name or booking reference in the bank transfer note where possible to enable faster verification. Unverified, incomplete, or mismatched payments may delay or prevent confirmation.

Check-in and on-site access are permitted only for confirmed bookings within the booked date window, as interpreted in Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5).

5. Payer Warranties and Authorization

By making payment, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are authorized to use the payment method provided; (b) the payment information and proof you submit are accurate and complete; (c) the funds transferred are legitimate and not derived from unlawful activity; and (d) you are the booking holder or authorized to book on behalf of the occupant(s).

VEN8 STUDIO may refuse, reverse, or suspend any payment that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of applicable law or these policies.

6. Failed, Duplicate, and Incorrect Payments

If your payment fails, is rejected, or is not received in full, your booking may remain pending or be cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring the correct amount is transferred to the correct account.

Duplicate payments may be applied as Ven8 Credits or refunded at VEN8 STUDIO's discretion, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Overpayments or underpayments will be resolved by VEN8 STUDIO in its reasonable discretion, which may include requesting a top-up, issuing a partial credit, or cancelling the booking.

7. Taxes and Third-Party Fees

Quoted prices may or may not include applicable taxes, levies, or duties. You are responsible for any taxes not included in the quoted price, unless otherwise stated.

Bank charges, card processing fees, and other third-party payment costs are your responsibility unless VEN8 STUDIO expressly states otherwise. Such fees may be deducted from any refund or credit issued under our Refund Policy.

8. Third-Party Payment Processors

Where card or online gateway payments are processed through banks, payment system operators, or payment service providers regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan, those institutions' terms and security practices apply to the payment transaction itself.

VEN8 STUDIO is not responsible for the acts, omissions, outages, security failures, or data handling practices of third-party payment processors, except where liability cannot be excluded by mandatory law.

9. Fraud Prevention and Records

VEN8 STUDIO may retain payment proofs, transaction records, booking references, and related communications for verification, accounting, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

VEN8 STUDIO may share limited payment-related information with banks, card issuers, or regulators where required to investigate fraud, process disputes, or comply with law.

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or relating to payments shall be subject to binding arbitration seated in Islamabad, Pakistan, or, where arbitration is unavailable, the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
